Business and sales Development
DigitalGate presents a unique opportunity to work as a Sales and Business Development Manager in a fast-growing international company, specialized in embedded systems software and hardware solutions, with clients all across Europe.
What will you do:
- Development and coordination of leads generation
- Managing your sales pipeline and documenting everything in our CRM
- Lead meetings with potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers
- Support the preparation of proposals, accompanying documents, and presentation/offers
- Participate in exhibitions and conferences
- Collaborate effectively with other internal teams to ensure the customer needs are fully met
You Are a great match if you have:
- Relevant experience in some of the following areas: Account/Relationship Management, Consulting, and Sales;
- Strong educational background in business administration, linguistics, or similar fields;
- Great knowledge of sales techniques in B2B sales;
- Know-how with CRM tools;
- A strong confident personality;
- Excellent English communication skills and experience in working with a large number of stakeholders;
- Ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously in a matrix organization;
- Ability to maintain a positive team-player attitude, remain calm and professional under pressure, work collaboratively and independently with diverse individuals, resolve conflicts constructively, hands-on mentality, and be a people person;
- Knowledge of written and spoken German (C1 or above) would be a plus;
