EMV-Pr\u00fcfungen finden in der Entwurfs-, Entwicklungs- und Fertigungsphase des Produktlebenszyklus statt. Diese pr\u00fcfen die Auswahl der Komponenten und den ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfen Aufbau des Ger\u00e4tes nach den Kriterien der EMV-Vorschriften. EMV-Tests sind in der Regel weitaus anspruchsvoller als normale Produktionstests. Das liegt daran, dass sie die Sicherheitskonzeption eines Produkts \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen wollen. Au\u00dferdem m\u00fcssen Sie das Produktmuster vor der EMV-Pr\u00fcfung unter Spannung setzen.<\/p><p>   <\/p><p>Um internationale Zulassungen und Produktzertifizierungszeichen f\u00fcr die Produkte zu erhalten, sind zus\u00e4tzliche EMV-Tests f\u00fcr elektrische Produkte erforderlich. Um auf dem EU-Markt verkauft zu werden und die CE-Kennzeichnung zu tragen, m\u00fcssen elektrische Ger\u00e4te beispielsweise die EMV-Pr\u00fcfung bestehen und mit der EMV-Richtlinie 2014\/30\/EU wird auch angegeben, welche externen Stromversorgungs- und Daten-E\/A-Anschl\u00fcsse f\u00fcr jede Pr\u00fcfmethode untersucht werden m\u00fcssen;<\/li><li>die erforderlichen Tests;<\/li><li>eine Definition der Fehlerbedingungen;<\/li><li>die Art und Weise, wie Fehler verfolgt, identifiziert und gemeldet werden sollen;<\/li><li>Software, Stromversorgung, K\u00fchlung und andere spezielle Anforderungen.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section M\u00f6glichkeiten:<\/p><ol><li>Er kann dem Pr\u00fcflabor ein neues Muster zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen, an dem alle relevanten Pr\u00fcfungen noch einmal durchgef\u00fchrt werden m\u00fcssen.<\/li> <li>F\u00fchren Sie alle erforderlichen Reparaturen und \u00c4nderungen an dem zuvor gepr\u00fcften Muster durch und lassen Sie das Labor nur die Abfolge der EMV-Pr\u00fcfungen wiederholen, die das Muster zun\u00e4chst nicht bestanden hat.<\/li><\/ol><p>     <\/p><p>Um sicherzustellen, dass Ihr Pr\u00fcfling (DUT) die endg\u00fcltige Konformit\u00e4tspr\u00fcfung besteht, ist die Vorkonformit\u00e4t eine risikoarme und kosteng\u00fcnstige Option. Es ist ratsam, die Pr\u00fcfung der Konformit\u00e4t eines Produkts nicht bis zum Ende des Produktentwicklungszyklus hinauszuz\u00f6gern, da dies mit hohen Kosten verbunden ist. Es ist notwendig, Zeit im Konformit\u00e4tslabor zu reservieren und Ihr DUT neu zu entwerfen, wenn es die Konformit\u00e4tspr\u00fcfung nicht besteht. Jahrhunderts. Das war zu einer Zeit, als die Stromnetze in St\u00e4dten wie London und anderen wohlhabenden Orten noch in den Kinderschuhen steckten. Um dieses Problem zu l\u00f6sen, wurde 1899 der \u201eThe Electric Lighting Clauses Act\" verabschiedet. Es handelte sich um die weltweit erste EMV-Vorschrift.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist m\u00f6glich, dass Deutschland dem Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich mit seinem \u201eGesetz \u00fcber den Telegraphen im Deutschen Reich\" von 1892 zuvorgekommen ist. Es befasste sich mit den Auswirkungen von St\u00f6rungen durch elektromagnetische Interferenzen (EMI) auf Produkte und Anlagen im Bereich der telegrafische \u00dcbertragung. Dies geschah, weil sie entdeckten, dass sich die Kommunikationskabel gegenseitig negativ beeinflussen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Seit 1938 hat die Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Beschr\u00e4nkungen f\u00fcr die Emission von Sendern festgelegt und ihre Vorschriften als Reaktion auf die explosionsartige Zunahme der Zahl von Sendern und elektronischen Ger\u00e4ten in den folgenden Jahrzehnten immer weiter versch\u00e4rft. Die L\u00e4nder k\u00f6nnen die von der Internationalen Elektrotechnischen Kommission (IEC) entwickelten Normen in ihre nationalen Normen \u00fcbernehmen. Im Prinzip geht es also um die Vereinheitlichung der EMV-Anforderungen in allen Gebieten, die IEC-Normen \u00fcbernehmen. Im Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich wurden zum Beispiel 85 Prozent der IEC-Normen in nationale Normen \u00fcberf\u00fchrt.<\/p><h4><strong>Ausweitung der Pr\u00fcfanforderungen<\/strong><\/h4><p>In einigen L\u00e4ndern wie den Vereinigten Staaten und Kanada sind derzeit nur Emissionspr\u00fcfungen erforderlich (es sei denn, Ihr Produkt f\u00e4llt in den Geltungsbereich einer branchenspezifischen Norm, die St\u00f6rfestigkeitspr\u00fcfungen vorschreibt). In Europa hingegen sind sowohl Emissions- als auch St\u00f6rfestigkeitspr\u00fcfungen erforderlich.<\/p><p>           <\/p><p>In den letzten Jahren wurden in mehreren L\u00e4ndern, darunter Australien und Neuseeland, nach dem Vorbild der Europ\u00e4ischen Union St\u00f6rfestigkeitspr\u00fcfungen zur Pflicht.
